You can now apply to offer your digital specialist services to government through the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 framework.

Create an account or log in to the Digital Marketplace now to start your application.
You can apply to become a Digital Outcomes and Specialists supplier if you provide:
- digital outcomes, for example a team to provide an accessibility audit
- digital specialists, for example an individual developer to work on a specific project
- user research studios
- user research participants
Closing date
Applications will close at 5pm (GMT) on 14 December 2016.
If your application is successful, we expect your services to be available on the Digital Marketplace from February 2017.
Closing Digital Outcomes and Specialists
We expect that suppliers will be able to sell their services on Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 from February 2017. At this point, the current Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework will close and suppliers will no longer be able to sell their services on the Digital Marketplace.
To continue to sell their services, Digital Outcomes and Specialists suppliers will need to apply for Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2.
Contracts awarded under Digital Outcomes and Specialists before the closing date will continue to be valid until the end of that contract.
Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 timetable
Several dates have changed since we published the provisional timetable last month. Here's the updated timetable:

26 Jan 2017 | 10 day standstill period ends at 11.59pm (GMT) |
Feb 2017 | Digital Outcomes and Services 2 services are expected to be available on the Digital Marketplace |
How to ask a question
If you need to ask a question while Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 is open for applications, you must send it to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) through your account on the Digital Marketplace before 5pm (GMT) on
1 December 2016.
We’ll post your questions along with answers on the updates page of your account. We’ll update answers as soon as we can and aim to answer them all by 5pm (GMT) on 7 December 2016.
To make sure the process is fair and transparent, all suppliers will be able to see all questions and answers.
