Your feedback welcome
As you know, the Digital Marketplace is now live in Alpha for GDS. This gives us the opportunity to gather feedback from buyers and suppliers. We can then feed this into incremental improvements for our rolling release, and help set out the plan for the Beta release.
Insights so far
We have invited buyers and suppliers to use the service in the lab. Some key areas for us to focus on are around searching for services, as well as giving clearer information on becoming a supplier. Our User Research team regularly blog with more details on our findings every other Friday.

Alpha onboarding
We are now planning to onboard external suppliers to the Alpha – with the necessary notifications that this is currently a ‘playground’ where data will not be saved to the live service. Meanwhile plans for Beta are evolving.
