When it comes to content, our users come first. That’s why the user research we do at Digital Marketplace is so important.
We want to make it easier for public sector organisations to find the information they need to buy the right services. That means we have to make some changes to the way suppliers’ services are presented on the Digital Marketplace.
Over the last few months, I’ve been regularly watching Digital Marketplace user research in the lab. It’s been a great way to get up to speed with the project, and understand where we are, and where we need to be.
