The deadline for submitting applications to the G-Cloud 7 framework (G7) is 3pm (BST) on Tuesday 6 October 2015. Suppliers who are applying to G7 may find the following recap useful.
Completing your G7 services
Provide the information and documents requested for each service you’d like to offer. When you add a new service, it will be placed into draft. Once you’ve provided the mandatory information you can mark the service as complete by clicking the green ‘Mark as complete’ button at the top or bottom of your service page.
If you want to delete a service, scroll to the bottom where you will find a red ‘Delete this service’ button. Completed services can be edited or deleted up until the submission deadline.
Supplier declaration
Your completed services can’t be submitted until you’ve made the supplier declaration. If you have completed your supplier declaration but don’t have any completed services at the deadline, no submission will be made. You can edit your supplier declaration right up until the deadline but you cannot delete it.
Submitting your services
All completed services will be automatically submitted for approval on the G7 deadline day, providing you’ve also made the supplier declaration. You can check the status of your application in your Digital Marketplace supplier account.
Here's an example of a how a successful submission will look.
Check the clarification questions
The clarification period has now ended so the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) cannot answer any more questions relating to the procurement process. However, you can download the full list of clarification questions and answers from the updates page in the dedicated G7 dashboard of your Digital Marketplace account.
There’s also a record of all the communications we’ve sent to suppliers who have registered interest in G7.
You can download the legal and guidance documentation for G7 on the G7 overview page.
Logging into the Digital Marketplace
If you have any problems creating a supplier account or logging into the Digital Marketplace with an existing account, please email enquiries@digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk stating:
- the email address you would like to use
- your company name
- your company DUNs number (if you know it)
Working as a team on your application
If more than one person needs to help complete an application, the Digital Marketplace allows suppliers to invite additional contributors. Each person will have a personal account under a main supplier account. Multiple contributors will be able to work on the submission at the same time.
G-Cloud 7 award notifications
We’re aiming to issue the intention to award letters to successful and unsuccessful suppliers by 9 November 2015. All suppliers will be notified via the Digital Marketplace when their letter is available to download. Successful suppliers will also receive a completed framework agreement to sign and return via the Digital Marketplace.
Making services live
We expect G7 services to go live on the Digital Marketplace on 23 November 2015. All G-Cloud 5 (G5) services will be removed from the Digital Marketplace when G7 services go live. All G-Cloud 6 (G6) services will stay on the Digital Marketplace until the G-Cloud 8 framework (G8) goes live.
