Digital Services 2 update

In our recent monthly update we mentioned that the number of responses to the Digital Services 2 (DS2) OJEU was larger than we’d expected. As a result, the evaluation of the bids has taken longer than we had anticipated.

We have evaluated tenders in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and have reached an advanced stage in this process. Any suppliers who have been unsuccessful at the qualification stage have been notified separately. All tenders successful at the qualification stage will proceed in the procurement.

If you have not been informed that you have been unsuccessful for the capability(ies) you submitted a bid for your tender has proceeded. An update regarding the final results of the procurement will be provided in the next 10-14 days together with notification of intention to award for those suppliers who have been successful in this procurement.

As this is a live procurement, we are not able to communicate with bidders on this or any other issue except through the eSourcing portal. Please ensure that any questions are submitted here. As mentioned, we are unable to respond publicly so we will only respond to queries sent to the portal and all responses will be via the portal.
